Recruiter - Freshers!

As a Recruiter at our company, you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in HR- Recruitment and gain valuable hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, client coordination, and recruitment operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Source candidates through job portals & social media - Assist in client coordination & interview scheduling - Support team leader in daily recruitment tasks - Prepare monthly reports & maintain databases - Learn about industry trends & recruitment strategies **Qualifications Required:** - A Graduate degree in any stream - 0-1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome) - Basic MS Office skills - Good communication skills and eagerness to learn Our work hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM / 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with the 2nd Saturday off and the 4th Saturday being a half-day. The office is located near SP Stadium, CG Road, offering a salary range of 12-20K.
