Job Title: Recruiter (Fresher / Entry-Level)

Job Summary
We are hiring a Recruiter (Fresher) to support end-to-end recruitment and help attract the right talent. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are punctual, result-driven, and accountable.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate recruitment data in the ATS

Required Skills & Qualities

• Punctual, responsible, and target-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or LinkedIn sourcing preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in recruitment
