Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring for finance roles, including finance operations, risk, and compliance positions. Prior finance-recruitment experience is not required, but it is a plus. Having experience in recruiting for tech roles will be advantageous as it showcases your ability to hire for specialized positions. It's important to note that this role specifically focuses on finance hiring. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the full recruitment cycle for finance, risk & compliance positions. - Source, screen, and assess finance talent from various platforms. - Organize interviews and oversee candidate communication. - Establish and nurture a pipeline of finance talent. - Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and excel in a high-paced startup environment. Qualifications Required: - 13 years of recruiting experience. - Prior finance hiring experience is preferred but not mandatory. - Experience in hiring for tech roles is a beneficial asset. - Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Proficient in communication and adept at stakeholder management.,
