Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter (Temporary – 30 Days) Location: Surat Duration: 1-month contract (may be extended based on performance and output) Pay: ₹5000 per recruitment Company: Dentalline Laboratory 🎯 Objective:To recruit 10–15 field-level team members (Sales Executives, Scanner Support, Coordinators) within 30 days using local recruitment strategies and networking. Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through: WhatsApp job groups and local employment groups Organizing and promoting walk-in interview drives Reaching out to local colleges, labs, and job centers Leveraging referrals from current staff and networks Conduct first-level screening via phone/video call Schedule and manage in-person interviews at Dentalline Lab office Ensure smooth coordination from offer letter to joining Track daily recruitment progress in a shared recruitment tracker Handle basic documentation and joining formalities
