Recruiter Day Shift

You will be responsible for reviewing job descriptions, understanding client requirements, and executing search plans to identify potential candidates. Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media will be a key part of your role. You will assess applicants" experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including scheduling and coordination. Building strong relationships with candidates to gain referrals and negotiating employment terms will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will submit candidate resumes to hiring managers, communicate timely updates to candidates, and engage with them through various communication channels.
