Recruiter Day Shift

Role Overview: As a Sr Talent Acquisition Executive at Ascendion, your primary responsibility will be to review job descriptions, understand client requirements, and execute search plans to identify potential candidates. You will be responsible for assessing candidates" experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. Your role will involve sourcing candidates through various channels, scheduling and coordinating recruitment processes, and building strong relationships with candidates to secure referrals. Additionally, you will negotiate terms of employment and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Review job descriptions and execute search plans to identify potential candidates - Source candidates through job portals, internal databases, and social media - Assess applicants" experience, skills, and competencies - Schedule and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment cycle - Build strong candidate relationships and leverage trust for referrals - Negotiate wage rates and terms of employment - Submit candidate resumes to hiring managers for consideration - Maintain timely communication with candidates and provide updates on their candidature - Engage regularly with candidates via email, voice, and video calls Qualifications Required: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Negotiation and convincing skills - Proficiency with MS Office - Strong organization and coordination skills - Relationship management skills - Learning agility - Go-getter attitude About Ascendion: Ascendion is a leading provider of AI-first Software Engineering Services, offering solutions in AI, engineering, cloud, data, experience design, and talent transformation to Global 2000 clients.
