You are invited to join EMT as a Recruiter cum Staffing Expert. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in staffing, utilizing your strong connections with Universities and Colleges. Your main responsibilities will include: - Having a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in staffing - Building and maintaining strong connections with Universities and Colleges - Acquiring new clients, particularly from the Tech & Management Industry To be eligible for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - Possess 2 to 5 years of experience in staffing - Have strong connections with Universities and Colleges - Demonstrate the potential to acquire new clients from the Tech & Management Industry - Preferably hold a BBA or MBA in Human Resources, PGDM qualifications are not allowed In terms of remuneration, you can expect: - A Galaxy Tab with a SIM card provided - In-hand salary ranging between 28,000 to 33,000 for the initial 4 months - Direct confirmation letter, eliminating the need to transition from provisional to joining status - Opportunity for promotion to General Manager based on performance evaluation Application Window: 22nd June, 2025 to 10th July 2025 Interview Window: 22nd June to 15th July 2025 Selection Test after Interview: Between 17th July and 23rd July 2025 Final Result Announcement: 24th July Joining Date: 1st August 2025 To apply, kindly send your CV to wecare@oneemt.in or careers@oneemt.in.
