Roles and Responsibilities

  • Source top talent for fintech companies through various channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
  • Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and offers made.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in recruitment consulting or shared services hiring within the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of finance industry trends and regulations in the Middle East region.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.
