Role Overview

We are looking for a people-focused and dynamic professional to join our team as an HR Recruiter & Client Servicing Executive. This hybrid role blends end-to-end recruitment with client servicing responsibilities, giving you exposure to both HR and business-facing work. Its a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing relationships, and driving impact.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across functions such as counsellors, psychologists, sales, and operations
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, and creative outreach strategies to attract strong candidates
• Partner with leadership to align hiring needs with timelines
• Support employer branding initiatives to position The Education Match as an aspirational workplace

Client Servicing (30%) (In Office role)

• Act as a point of contact for parents, schools, and academic partners
• Schedule and coordinate counselling appointments, demos, and follow-ups
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
• Collect feedback from parents/schools to improve engagement and services
• Represent The Education Match in client calls, webinars, and interactions with schools

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in any field (MBA/PG in HR or Marketing is a plus)
• 14 years of experience in recruitment, client servicing, or HR roles
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Comfort with LinkedIn recruiting, Indeed, ATS, job boards, and digital communication tools
• Ability to multitask across recruitment and client-facing responsibilities
• A people-first mindset with strong organisational skills
