As a Recruiter at our company, your role will involve sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include: - Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and referrals. - Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Updating and maintaining candidate databases for future reference. - Conducting initial HR discussions and participating in salary negotiations. - Facilitating a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
