Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Coimbatore. The Receptionist will handle daily front desk tasks such as greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing information about services. The role includes maintaining patient records, handling administrative duties, and ensuring the reception area is organized and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
• College degree or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is beneficial
