Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retina (VR) Surgeon located in Salem. The Retina (VR) Surgeon will be responsible for performing vitreoretinal surgeries, diagnosing and treating retinal diseases, conducting preoperative and postoperative assessments, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of eye care professionals. The surgeon will also be involved in patient consultations, developing treatment plans, and providing follow-up care to ensure optimal outcomes for patients.

Qualifications

• Highly skilled in Ophthalmology with a focus on vitreoretinal surgery
• Experience and proficiency in Medicine and Surgery
• Strong understanding of related fields such as Orthopedic Surgery and Plastic Surgery
• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Fellowship in retina (VR) surgery
• Advanced training in vitreoretinal surgery is preferred
