Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Learning and Development - Healthcare. The position is located in Coimbatore. Healthcare experience is a must. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the training and development programs, managing learning systems, planning succession, conducting employee engagement activities, and ensuring all training initiatives align with the organization's goals. The role involves designing and implementing effective learning strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.

• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
