Job Description

Experience in Loan Collection

Male candidates preferred
Locate and contact delinquent accounts through field visits and phone calls.
Negotiate payment arrangements with customers to resolve delinquent accounts.
Maintain accurate records of all activities and update customer accounts as needed.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient recovery of delinquent accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and stakeholders.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Knowledge of collection and recovery procedures and regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Candidates near Kothamangalam are preferred
Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
Negotiating suitable payment plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
