Location:

Role Summary

Male Recovery Executive

Key Responsibilities

Make follow-up calls to customers with overdue payments.
Conduct field visits for collection or verification when required.
Explain outstanding dues, settlement options, and payment plans.
Achieve monthly recovery/collection targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, visits, promises to pay (PTPs), and payments collected.
Escalate difficult cases to the senior recovery team.
Ensure polite, professional, and compliant communication during recovery.

Requirements

Male candidate
(for field work requirement).
Minimum
12th pass
; graduate preferred.
03 years experience in recovery/collections/tele-calling (Freshers with good communication also accepted).
Good negotiation skills and patience while dealing with customers.
Comfortable with
field visits in Gurugram
if required.
Basic smartphone and record-keeping skills.

Work Schedule

Full-time
6 days working (Sunday off, depending on company policy)
Day shift
