Recovery Executive

1. Recovery & Payment Collection

• Monitor and manage the recovery of pending payments from corporates, insurance companies, government panels, and other business associates.

• Ensure timely follow-up for payments and maintain updated records of receivables.

• Coordinate with the Finance and Billing departments for invoice generation, credit notes, and reconciliation.

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to reduce aging of outstanding amounts.

• Escalate long-pending or disputed payments to higher management with proper documentation.

2. Client Coordination & Relationship Management

• Liaise with corporate clients, insurance partners, and TPAs to resolve billing or payment-related issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure smooth payment cycles.

• Address client queries related to invoices, discounts, or recovery discrepancies promptly and professionally.

3. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare periodic MIS reports on collection status, aging analysis, and recovery performance.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all payment receipts and pending invoices.

• Support internal and external audits with necessary documentation and explanations.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination

• Supervise and guide the recovery and billing support staff.

• Train team members in billing procedures, negotiation skills, and communication with clients.

• Coordinate with the marketing executives to ensure proper documentation of credit approvals and agreements before extending services.

5. Process Improvement

• Review and improve existing billing and collection processes to enhance efficiency and reduce delays.

• Recommend and implement system-based solutions (e.g., ERP or CRM tools) for better tracking and automation.

• Work closely with Finance, Marketing, and Operations teams to streamline end-to-end revenue cycle management.
