Recovery & Credit Control Executive

As a Credit Control & Recovery Executive, your primary responsibilities will include evaluating new credit requests, conducting client credit checks, managing and collecting debts from company debtors, and setting up credit terms for new clients. You will also be responsible for responding to client inquiries, processing invoices, preparing statements and reports for the company accountant, managing the sales ledger, and liaising with customers and the sales team. Additionally, you must report to management on outstanding issues and highlight potential debtor problems. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or mathematics, along with previous work experience as a credit controller. Proficiency in Accounting and Office software, ability to reconcile complex debtors" accounts, strong communication skills, and the ability to deal with problematic clients are also essential requirements. Your key roles and responsibilities will involve managing the debt collection process from initial stages to final realization, collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve collections, ensuring daily maintenance and reconciliation of bank accounts, as well as daily reconciliation of cash in hand with the book balances. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, a flexible schedule, and Provident Fund.
