Recovery and Resolution Planning Specialist, AVP

Role Overview: As a Recovery and Resolution Planning Specialist at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with US and Global regulations by creating and maintaining Contingency Strategy (CS) documents for material relationships with Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs) and Agent Banks. Your responsibilities will involve coordinating annual data collection, interpreting regulatory guidance, engaging with various internal functions, and managing the creation and review of CS documents. Key Responsibilities: - Support the completion of the annual data gathering outreach, including validation and review of data. - Analyze and interpret regulatory guidance to enhance existing contingency strategies in alignment with regulatory requirements. - Independently manage the review and creation of multiple CSs for FMIs and Agent Banks while maintaining high quality standards. - Effectively communicate, gather feedback, and obtain approval from internal senior stakeholders. - Conduct quality and consistency reviews of contingency strategies. - Provide support for the Team lead, oversee processes, and ensure governance. Qualification Required: - Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to independently draft regulatory documentation. - Strong analytical skills to scrutinize extensive documentation and interpret regulatory guidance for CS adaptation. - Proficient in hosting meetings with multiple stakeholder groups, including senior management, and external audiences. - Skilled in data review, analysis, and presentation using tools like SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel with attention to detail. - Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively across multiple workstreams within tight time frames. - Desirable to have understanding of Living Wills, Recovery and Resolution Planning, securities & cash products, and previous operational industry experience. - Team or process lead/management experience is a plus.
