Join SoftwareOne's dynamic Finance Shared Service Team, a group dedicated to delivering accurate financial insights and ensuring compliance with global accounting standards.

Role Overview

The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and adherence to accounting standards and corporate guidelines. The incumbent will manage end-to-end accounting processes, including journal entries, monthly closing, reconciliations, and management reporting. Key responsibilities include maintaining fixed asset registers, prepaid amortization schedules, and balance sheet reconciliations, as well as implementing and ensuring compliance with IFRS standards, particularly IFRS 16.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure full statutory compliance of accounting policy and standards and corporate guidelines and maintain proper documentation of accounting policy and procedure.
• Create and post journal entries related to the monthly closing of books of accounts including payroll accounting.
• Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve differences.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly management report schedules and variance analysis.
• Prepare & maintain fixed assets register & prepaid amortization schedule and other balance-sheet & profit/loss statement schedules.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing in RTR Operations
• Good Written/Verbal Communication
