Key Responsibilities:
1. General Ledger Management:
• Preparing Financials in MS-Excel subsidiaries using Inda's.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
• 4-5 years accounting experience preferably working in SAP environment.
2. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and accounts reconcilliations.
3. Intercompany Accounting:
• Intercompany eliminations and reconciliation as a pre-requisite to Consolidated Financial Statements.
• Collaborate with business units to resolve intercompany discrepancies and issues.
• Collaborate with Group companies and Holding Company reportings.
4. Related Party Reporting:
• Reconcile and Report all Related Party transactions.
• Implement best practices and streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
5. Compliance and Controls:
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
• Focus on identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting.
6. Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, and treasury, to support business initiatives and projects.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address inquiries and provide financial insights.
