Job Responsibilities:-

• 1 to 3 Years experience in Finance & Accounting processes
• Good understanding of

  accounting principles

  and

  financial reporting

  .
• Experience in preparing BS Reconciliations, Intercompany and GRIR reconciliation
• Hands-on experience with

  month-end activities

  including

  journal entries

  (e.g., accruals, provisions) and

  reporting

  (monthly, quarterly, yearly)Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce

Must Have Skills

• Strong domain knowledge in

  Record to Report (R2R)

  .
• Proficiency in

  SAP ERP

• MS Office proficient (excel knowledge is must)

Good to have skills

• Blackline Recon Tool

Experience Required

• 3 to 5 years of experience in

• Experience in preparing

  Balance Sheet Reconciliations

  ,

  Intercompany Reconciliations

  , and

  GRIR Reconciliation

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  month-end activities

  including

  journal entries

  (e.g., accruals, provisions) and

  reporting

  (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Preparation of SLA reports
• Ensure all queries are dealt with and escalated where necessary
• Willingness to support cross-functional needs beyond defined role boundaries
• Ensure all SLAs are met as per agreed timelines
