Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities : Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and intercompany reconciliations. Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions in the general ledger system. Analyze discrepancies in financial records and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to record-to-report processes. Job Requirements : 3-7 years of experience in Record to Report (RTR) process or similar role. Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation principles. Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools such as Excel or ERP systems.
