Record keeper

We are seeking a highly experienced Record Keeper with more than 10 years of experience in the field to join our team! As a Record Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert guidance on records management best practices.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement records management policies and procedures

- Oversee the maintenance, storage, and retrieval of records

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

- Conduct audits and investigations to ensure records accuracy and integrity

- Provide expert guidance and training to staff on records management best practices

- Develop and maintain records management systems and databases

Requirements:

- More than 10 years of experience in records management or a related field

- Certified Records Manager (CRM) or equivalent certification

- Strong knowledge of records management principles, practices, and regulations

- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with records management software and systems
