Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Telecaller cum Receptionist to manage front-office operations and handle outbound/inbound customer interactions across multiple brands. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Reception Duties:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and queries for multiple brands.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain reception area and ensure it reflects the professional image of all brands.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and basic administrative tasks.

Tele calling Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients for lead generation, sales follow-ups, or customer feedback.
  • Answer inbound calls and queries professionally, providing accurate information about products/services.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Promote multiple brands and cross-sell services where applicable.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth interdepartmental communication.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.
  • Report daily/weekly activities and feedback to management.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele calling and/or front-office/reception roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Telugu, English and Hindi
  • Friendly, professional, and presentable.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and basic administrative tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
