Receptionist/Registeted Nurse

Yash Clinic is seeking a multi-talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse and Front Desk Administrator. Responsibilities:

* Patient Care: Perform nursing duties including patient assessments, vital signs, medication administration, wound care, and assisting with procedures as directed.

* Patient Coordination: Greet patients and visitors warmly, manage appointment scheduling, answer phones, handle patient inquiries, and maintain an organized front desk.

* Medical Billing & Collections: Accurately process patient billing and address patient billing inquiries.

* Financial Record Keeping: Maintain records of all financial transactions, payments, and billing communications, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards.

* Communication: Effectively communicate with patients and external partners regarding clinical and financial matters. Provide clear instructions and empathetic support.

Qualifications:

* Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN)

* Proven experience of atleast 5 years in a clinical setting is preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

* Proficiency with basic computer applications and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

* A compassionate and professional demeanor.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
