Job Description

We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist / Front Office Executive to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
  • Answer and transfer phone calls politely and professionally
  • Maintain visitor registers and front desk records
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
  • Keep the reception area clean and presentable
  • Support administrative and clerical tasks

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive in a professional environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and email management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office suite and email management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
