Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key tasks in your role as a Receptionist at a Manufacturing Industry: - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries - Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition - Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email - Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, etc. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth front-desk operations - Monitor office supplies and place orders as necessary Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1+ years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in English language is preferred Please note that this is a full-time position located at Odhav/Shahibaug/Thaltej, Ahmedabad. The salary for this position is negotiable, ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 25,000 per month depending on the candidate's knowledge and experience.
