Position: Telecaller cum Receptionist Location: Habsiguda, Hyderabad Type: Full-time Responsibilities: * Handle incoming and outgoing calls with parents and students. * Provide clear information about courses, batches, and admissions. * Maintain inquiry records and follow up with interested students. * Welcome visitors and guide them about the academy and its programs. * Coordinate with teachers and management for daily updates. * Manage front-office and basic administrative tasks efficiently. Eligibility: * Any graduate (freshers or experienced candidates can apply). Requirements: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Confident in handling calls and walk-in inquiries. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.). * Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi preferred. * Energetic, punctual, and responsible personality. Salary: Based on experience and communication skills.
