Job Description

About Us:

Our Child Development Centre (CDC) provides specialized services in Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behaviour Therapy, and Special Education. We are looking for a receptionist who can serve as the first point of contact for patients and families with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage phone calls and provide information in English and Malayalam.
Handle patient registration, slot booking, and appointment scheduling according to therapist availability.
Maintain and update patient records accurately.
Assist in basic accounts handling including fee collection, receipts, and maintaining payment records.
Support parents and patients through basic counselling and guidance on therapy schedules and procedures.
Coordinate with therapists and departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

Proficiency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written).
Prior experience in reception, office administration, or healthcare setting preferred.
Basic knowledge of accounts management.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Empathy, patience, and a child-friendly approach.
