Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
Location: Skinovate Clinic (City / Branch Name)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 1–3 Years (Preferably in Healthcare, Salon, Dermatology, Aesthetic or Wellness Centers)

Job Overview

We are looking for a well-presented, confident and customer-oriented Receptionist to manage the front desk and administrative operations at Skinovate Clinic. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a warm, seamless, and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Patient Interaction

  • Welcome and greet patients as they arrive at the clinic.
  • Understand patient requirements and guide them to the right doctor or service.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly environment at the reception area.

Appointment & Scheduling Management

  • Manage clinic appointment scheduling and daily calendar of doctors.
  • Confirm appointments, follow-up for patient reminders and rescheduling.
  • Coordinate walk-ins and ensure minimal waiting time.

Administration & Documentation

  • Maintain patient records, consent forms, feedback forms, and service documentation.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and cash/card payments accurately.
  • Maintain daily records of sales, appointments, inventories and reports.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Coordination

  • Communicate with doctors, therapists, and staff for smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with vendors, courier services & support staff as required.
  • Manage stock and supplies of reception and clinic administration areas.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Respond to calls, WhatsApp queries, and clinic emails professionally.
  • Provide information about treatments, pricing and ongoing offers.
  • Handle patient concerns and escalate issues to management when needed.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and clinic software (training can be provided).
  • Pleasant personality, patient, polite and well-groomed.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain calm under pressure.
  • Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.

Education

  • Minimum HSC / Graduate in any stream.
  • Certification in hospitality or front office management is an advantage.

Salary

  • Based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,348.71 - ₹15,000.00 per month
