Position: Consultant Dermatologist
Reporting To: Medical Director — Dr. Sushil Chaudhary
Location: Pune (On-site)
Industry: Cosmetic Dermatology, Aesthetic Medicine, Hair Care, Skincare, Anti-Ageing
Qualification: MBBS + MD (Dermatology) / DVD
Experience: 0–5 years (Fresh MDs/DVDs welcome)

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Consultations

• Conduct detailed dermatology consultations for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns.
• Diagnose skin, hair, nail, and cosmetic conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Counsel patients on treatment plans, outcomes, post-care, and follow-ups.

Aesthetic & Cosmetic Procedures

• Perform cosmetic dermatology procedures such as:
• Chemical Peels
• PRP for Skin & Hair
• Botox & Fillers (training support if required)
• Lasers for Hair Removal, Acne, Pigmentation
• Medifacials, RF, Microneedling
• Scar & Anti-ageing treatments

Patient Experience Management

• Maintain high standards of patient care, satisfaction, and ethical practice.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and supervise treatment plans for ongoing patients.
• Educate patients about skin care regimens and product recommendations.

Medical Team Coordination

• Collaborate with clinic managers, nursing staff, and marketing teams to align patient care with promotional packages and treatment offers.
• Participate in staff training and case discussions.

Business & Brand Development

• Engage in clinical webinars, in-house workshops, and contribute to building Skinolour & Skinovate’s reputation as a trusted skin & hair clinic.
• Involvement in launching new services, protocols, and treatment technologies.

Preferred Profile

• MBBS + MD Dermatology / DVD (Maharashtra Medical Council Registration mandatory)
• Prior experience in an aesthetic dermatology clinic is an advantage (but not essential)
• Fresh MD/DVD postgraduates with an interest in cosmetology are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
