Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed skin, hair, and scalp assessments and consultations. Diagnose and treat various dermatological conditions including acne, pigmentation, melasma, psoriasis, eczema, fungal infections, etc. Perform advanced cosmetic procedures including: Laser Hair Reduction Chemical Peels Botox & Dermal Fillers PRP Therapy for Hair & Skin Microneedling / Dermapen Treatments Cryotherapy Radiofrequency, HIFU, and other non-surgical procedures Design and customize treatment plans based on individual patient needs. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes as per clinical protocols. Counsel patients on skin care routines, treatment after-care, and preventive measures. Stay updated on new dermatological treatments, techniques, and technologies. Adhere to clinic SOPs, quality, and safety standards. Collaborate with the front office, nursing, and marketing teams for promotional activities and patient education initiatives. Required Qualifications: BHMS, BDS, BAMS, BUMS Valid Medical Council Registration Minimum 1-3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred (freshers with aesthetic training can also apply) Key Skills: Clinical expertise in dermatology and cosmetology procedures. Good aesthetic sense and knowledge of facial harmony. Excellent patient counselling and communication skills. Ethical, empathetic, and patient-focused approach. Familiarity with dermatological lasers and cosmetic devices is a plus.
