Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to manage front desk duties and support daily office tasks. Must have experience with scanning, printing, and Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and answer calls.
  • Handle scanning, printing, and copying.
  • Prepare documents in MS Word and maintain Excel sheets.
  • Sort mail and assist with admin tasks.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and professional.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and office equipment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
