Job Description

Job Role & Responsibilities: Clerical Duties: Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to support the smooth functioning of the organization. Maintain and update records, files, and databases (both digital and physical). Handle data entry and document management. Prepare and process basic correspondence, forms, and reports. Administrative Support: Assist in daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative activities. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence. Coordinate office supply inventory and place orders when needed. Reception & Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meetings and events. Support to Other Departments: Assist HR, finance, or sales departments with routine tasks such as filing, photocopying, or scanning. Help in organizing company events or travel arrangements as required. Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure all office operations comply with company policies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information. Other Duties: Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: total work: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
