Job Description

Front Office & Reception Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; route them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized condition.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per company policy.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks and office coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory; place orders as needed.
  • Support HR and Admin teams in organizing meetings, interviews, and employee events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers for office upkeep.
  • Maintain records for attendance, asset registers, and other administrative files.
  • Assist in travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and guests.
  • Ensure proper filing, documentation, and record keeping for administrative activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
