Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Administrator to become a key part of our team. As the first point of contact, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally, creating a positive first impression
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation accurately
  • Assist with data entry, reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support internal teams with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ensure the reception area and office spaces remain organized and presentable
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and managing inventory

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly attitude with a strong customer-service mindset
  • Attention to detail and reliability
