Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will handle front desk responsibilities while providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the front desk, keeping the reception area tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person, via phone, or email.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Support other administrative staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, phone systems).
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM tools.
