Job Description

A receptionist acts as the first point of contact, managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative support like scheduling, mail distribution, and maintaining a tidy reception area, ensuring smooth office operations and a welcoming atmosphere with strong communication and organizational skills. Key duties include answering phones, directing visitors, managing mail, booking appointments, handling security (badges), and supporting staff with filing, data entry, and office supply management.
