Receptionist is Responsible for
a)Other Brand service or Customer handling experience
b) The ability to work well both as part of a team.
c) Strong communication skills.
d) Excellent people and time management skills.
e)Attending customer’s phone calls by following the quality standards set by the company
f) Perform follow-up calls with customers for part booked cases & open calls etc.
g) Follow-up with Inventory and other SVCs for spare parts
h) Follow company’s processes and procedures related to front office
j) Ensure refreshment items to customers
Qualification
Minimum +2 or Diploma
Experience
More than 1 years experience in mobile service field or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
