We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team and handle a range of front-desk and administrative responsibilities. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth communication within the organization.
Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 (in-hand)
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
Professionally answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations when required.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum qualification – above 10th standard.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Professional attitude and presentable demeanor.
Language: Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
Gender: Female candidates only.
