Job Description:
We are looking for a smart and polite Receptionist to manage our front desk and handle day-to-day office communication. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.
Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Coordinate with staff and management for office-related support.
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area.

Requirements:

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply).
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Presentable and well-mannered personality.

Working Hours: As per company policy
Location: Iscon Circle, Ahmedabad

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,787.10 per month
