Location: Ortho Care Hospital, Malad (West), Mumbai

Position Overview:

We are looking for a courteous, well-organized, and proactive Receptionist to join our hospital staff. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience.

Work Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

(Candidates should be open to either shift as per hospital requirements.)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline (Higher qualifications will be an added advantage)

Experience:

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare organizations)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors courteously.
• Handle patient inquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Manage front desk operations including calls, records, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth workflow.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
• Ensure a clean and professional reception area.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Salary:

₹14,000 – ₹16,000 per month
(Final salary will depend on interview performance and experience.)
