Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk at Success Path Placement. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, creating a welcoming environment and handling day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services.
Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
Provide basic information to visitors and clients about our services.
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate / HSC pass.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Freshers can apply; experience as a Receptionist/Front Office Executive will be an added advantage.
Work Details:
Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
