· Answering calls and diverting them to the respective staff when needed.
· Maintaining real time data of daily footfall and walk ins in MIS
· Keeping a check on the house keeping activities.
· Courier management and distribution
· Maintaining cleanliness of the floor.
· Referring to the telephone queries and routing it to the concerned
employees
· Keeping record of daily couriers received.
· Maintaining spreadsheet of hospital contact data.
