Job Summary: The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-desk experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner Handle incoming calls and route them to the right departments Manage front desk and maintain visitor logs Respond to general inquiries via phone and email Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation Requirements: Graduate or minimum 12th pass with relevant experience Good verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and telephone handling Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
