Receptionist (Part-time)

A spa receptionist's job is to provide a positive experience for customers at a spa by performing administrative, clerical, and customer service duties:

• Greeting customers: Greet customers at the front desk and check them in
• Scheduling appointments: Schedule appointments for customers
• Answering phones: Answer phones and transfer calls
• Managing customer records: Keep records of each client
• Handling payments: Process payments
• Maintaining inventory: Track equipment and supplies, place orders, and restock the spa
• Providing information: Provide information about spa services and products
• Handling customer complaints: Solve minor guest complaints and refer more complicated situations to superiors
• Administrative tasks: Open and distribute mail, file, enter data, prepare letters and documents
• Maintaining the reception area: Keep the reception area clean and care for office furniture, plants, and periodicals

Job timing : only Sundays 10 am to 8;55pm (Part-time)
