URGENT HIRING || Receptionist || Mumbai Position:- Receptionist Working Days- 6 Days Experience- 2 years Salary range:- upto 3 LPA ( may increase according to candidates ) Key Responsibilities: βˆ™ Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner. βˆ™ Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. βˆ™ Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times. βˆ™ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. βˆ™ Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. βˆ™ Maintain and update contact lists and client information. βˆ™ Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents. βˆ™ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. βˆ™ Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. βˆ™ Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and visitors. βˆ™ Assist in organizing company events and meetings. βˆ™ Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges). βˆ™ Handle any other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: βˆ™ High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus. βˆ™ Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience. βˆ™ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). βˆ™ Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., photocopiers, scanners). βˆ™ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. βˆ™ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. βˆ™ Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi Language βˆ™ Professional attitude and appearance. βˆ™ Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. βˆ™ Customer service attitude.
