Position: Receptionist

Department: Administration
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream) | Good Communication Skills | Computer Knowledge (MS Office)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor and employee entry records.
  • Handle courier dispatch & inward registers.
  • Coordinate with departments for daily office administration support.
  • Manage front desk cleanliness and ensure a pleasant reception area.
  • Assist HR/Admin team in documentation and office coordination tasks.

  • Basic Computer & Email Handling

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
