The company currently operates two manufacturing units in Odisha and is expanding to northern and southern regions of India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist located in Bhubaneswar. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, performing various clerical tasks, maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk, and providing excellent customer service. Qualifications Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties Strong Clerical Skills and attention to detail Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office management is a plus Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
