Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, professional and an organized Receptionist who would be the first point of contact at our exclusive showroom. The candidate is expected to have excellent communication skills, be courteous and hospitable to our clients. The receptionist is expected to greet our clients, manage calls and assist in administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilties
1. Meet and greet our visitors
2. Keep the reception area neat and organized at all times.
3. Schedule appointments for sales executives and directors.
4. Assist in administrative jobs like data entry, filing etc.
5. Keep a track on the attendance of other employees through tap in system
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
